Does Riverview require a buy-in, and what does it cost?

For independent living, Riverview offers buy-in options for our homes, condos and apartments. They range in price from $275,000 to $725,000, with a majority of the home buy-in prices around $379,900. Riverview offers a choice of 50% or 80% buy-ins on some properties, and some 12-month lease options on qualifying properties. For assisted living and memory care, pricing is based on a month-to-month contract, and Riverview accepts Medicaid in assisted living and memory care after a private-pay period.

Does Riverview offer memory care?

Yes. Riverview offers memory care in its Veranda neighborhood. Some independent and assisted living communities in Spokane do not provide memory care on site.

Does Riverview offer therapy and home health?

Yes. Riverview provides outpatient and physical therapy, home health, and RiverCare home care and a home for hospice, so care can continue as needs change without leaving the community.
