Riverview offers a choice of 50% or 80% buy-ins on some properties, and some 12-month lease options on qualifying properties. For assisted living and memory care, pricing is based on a month-to-month contract, and Riverview accepts Medicaid in assisted living and memory care after a private-pay period.
