Why can’t your retirement home also be your dream home? At Riverview, it can. Our Village homes offer wonderful design options and amenities. Customized before you move in, you can often select your paint colors, floor finishes, window treatments, and more. It feels like home because it is your home.
Now you can pursue an active independent lifestyle… maintenance-free. Our grounds and maintenance staff keep your yard and your home or apartment perfectly maintained throughout the year and security is provided 24 hours per day. With this extra peace of mind, you can explore all that Riverview has to offer. Try out our workshop or harvest your own “do it yourself” garden plot. And since our Village allows two small pets, you can even take a stroll with your dog along the Centennial Trail by the Spokane River or visit the Riverview dog parks. Family and friends are always welcome to join you for meals or activities.

Riverview Retirement Community has a friendly, hometown feel. Our residents come from diverse backgrounds, including civil service, military, education (teaching and academia), nursing, and entrepreneurship. With 163 independent living homes, we have a vibrant mix of personalities, leading to a wide array of activities, clubs, volunteer opportunities, and social outings. These outings include road trips, restaurant meals, symphony and theater events, day hikes, and other excursions. If you enjoy music, we have many resident musicians, and our "Riverview Presents" series brings some of Spokane's best entertainers to our community. Whether you're looking to make many friends and participate in numerous activities, prefer a quieter social life centered around close neighbors and perhaps the community garden, or something in between, at Riverview, the choice is yours.
Riverview Retirement Community is conveniently located near the Gonzaga District, providing easy access to its many excellent restaurants, all within a five- or six-minute drive. Riverpark Square and Northtown Mall are also just about ten minutes away. We enjoy a central location in Spokane, along the Centennial Trail, which offers scenic walking paths and spectacular views. While our campus is private and has natural barriers that create a safe and quiet neighborhood, we also offer many on-site amenities, including dining, a state-of-the-art fitness and aquatic center, and several large multipurpose rooms and buildings available for residents' personal use.

This partnership removes the need for transportation to off-site primary care and allows faster response to resident needs.
RiverCare at Riverview provides in-home care and in-home health services with a dedicated team of caregivers and an on-campus office, so residents can access personalized support that meets their care needs right in the comfort of their own home.
