Overview
Riverview Retirement 55+ Community’s 35-acre campus is ready and waiting for you to visit. As one of only four Life Plan Retirement Communities in Spokane, people often find their place at Riverview first in our independent living village homes. As needs may change over time, many of our residents transition to our retirement assisted living to access more help but remain close to nurture the friendships they’ve built here. Retiring in Spokane, at Riverview will provide the senior living you desire. Our staff and team are all local. As a not-for-profit, we are people caring for people, and add a Hometown Friendly Care feel as we extend our resources to other Spokane businesses.

Our Roots Run Deep
Riverview opened its doors in 1959 along the beautiful Spokane River and has a rich history of satisfied residents. Since opening the first assisted living facility in Spokane, Riverview has been at the forefront of improvements in active independent adult living. We provide an engaging 55+ community that covers independent senior living, light assisted living, assisted living and memory care. Non-Profit
As a local 55+ non-profit retirement community, we listen to our community members and are responsive to our residents’ needs and ideas. Our staff and leadership know all about living in Spokane, and most of us have ties to Riverview either because our families lived here or worked here. That is one of the benefits of moving to Riverview for retirement living. There’s not a faraway corporation to answer to, the decisions are made here. It also means any profits we make are invested right back into our facilities and systems to make Riverview an outstanding place to live now and in the future.
Church Affiliation
Riverview Retirement Community was founded by area Lutheran congregations and continues to be affiliated with the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America and the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod. We are dedicated to serving residents of all faiths.
