Charley Tirrell
President & CEO

For more than three decades, Charley has contributed to geriatric healthcare, including specializing in the Senior Retirement Industry. Prior to joining Riverview, Charley was the CEO of a resort-style Continuing Care Retirement Community in Florida.

Mike Drew
Vice President - Finance

Mike’s finance career has included work as a public accountant, auditor, controller, and prior to Riverview he was the Director of Finance at Telect, Inc. Mike joined Riverview in 2011.

  • BA in Christian Education—Northwest College, Kirkland
  • MBA—Eastern Washington University
  • Certified Public Accountant


Jami Gecas
Vice President - Human Resources

Jami has 16 years of professional human resources experience in both the higher education and healthcare industries. Prior to joining Riverview, Jami was the Director of Human Resources at Whitman Hospital and Medical Center in Colfax, Washington.

Nancy Simien
Director of Nursing—Terrace

Before coming to Riverview, Nancy was the Staff Development Coordinator and Infection Control Nurse at Life Care Center of Post Falls, Idaho. Her career has also included leading nurses at a veteran’s home in eastern Montana and travelling as a registered nurse to critical access hospitals.

Education:

  • Associate Degree in Nursing — Miles Community College, Miles City, Montana
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting — St. Mary’s University, Nueva Vizcaya, Philippines

Mike Schleigh
Director of Plant Operations

Mike has a diverse background that includes crab fishing and law enforcement. His longest tenure is in construction for more than 20 years. His construction background includes maintenance and management of several health care and retirement living facilities.

Certificate:

  • FEMA designation for emergency response in a health care setting.


Tony Usher
Director of Food & Dining Services

Chef Tony is a self-taught culinary artist. He has had the opportunity to travel to Greystone and Napa Valley to help cultivate his art. His background includes being the Chef at the Dockside Restaurant in the Coeur d’Alene, ID resort and assisting in the opening of five Twig’s restaurants which included the development of their menu.


Kayla Schreiber
Director of Recreational Therapy

Kayla began her recreational therapy journey as an intern with Kootenai Behavioral Health. She then received her clinical work through St. Luke’s Rehabilitation and Rockwood Retirement. Her passion is to help others and that is reflected through her work at Riverview.

  • BA Therapeutic Recreation — Eastern Washington University

Gary Moore
Chaplain

Prior to coming to Riverview in 1999, Pastor Moore was a Parish Pastor for Calvary, St. Pauli Lutheran Churches, St. Hilaire in Minnesota and Zion Lutheran Church in Fairfield, Washington. Pastor Moore also served as Chaplain at Fairfield Good Samaritan Center and as an Emergency Medical Technician with Spokane Fire District #2.

  • BA Religion — California Lutheran University
  • AA — Everett Community College
